Microwave Waffle Maker

This is great: a new way of making awesome waffles using a normal mild-mannered microwave oven. To use, mix normal pancake mix you buy in the store, adding milk and eggs and hotcake mix as it says in the instructions. After mixing well, put three tablespoons (approx. 40 grams) of pancake mix into the waffle maker, being sure to leave the lid off. Microwave for one minute 20 seconds (for a 500 watt microwave) or one minute (for a 600 watt microwave). Remove from the microwave oven, then push the lid into the top of the device so that it makes the waffle pattern on the waffle from the top, pushing for 20 seconds or so.
