Peter Says:

These are three great classic dating-sim games that every true collector of dating-sims should try. While the games are old -- they lack voice and were originally DOS ports, although the new engine is totally compatible with modern Windows now -- they are really fun. Season of the Sakura is still one of my favorite games, and Three Sister's Story was the very first game we ever did. We can't help but recommend this collection of classic bishoujo games!

Relive three of the best Japanese love-sim games ever brought out for the English-speaking market, with the new JAST USA Memorial Collection. A compilation of three of the best-selling games from JAST USA on one CD-ROM, you get Three Sisters' Story, Season of the Sakura and Runaway City, all for one great price. All three games have been totally redesigned with a great new game engine that provides many new extras for bishoujo gaming fans.

The totally new game engine support anti-aliased graphics, new background features, and more

The new engine that drives the games supports cool new features, including new anti-aliased graphics and screen effects that improve game play. The music has been resampled for better sound, and all game music is made available to users in high-bit rate MP3 format as a bonus on the disc. The are full CG and music rooms, allowing you to enjoy the graphics and music in the games, and many game play improvements, including an updated skip feature, joystick and mouse scroll wheel support, and more. And perhaps best of all, the totally redesigned games are fully compatible with modern Windows OS computers, including Windows XP -- the original games no longer function under current Windows OS systems.

Three Sisters' Story

The one that started it all! I was just a boy when my father threw himself under the tracks of an oncoming train. He had been the president of a powerful trading company, but had been under siege by an enemy in a power struggle that I didn't understand at the time. With my father gone, it fell upon my mother to lead the family and try to pay off Father's debts. She wasn't up to the task, and was buried next to my father less than a year later. My older brother Eiichi and I were separated, then, passed around the family like unwanted guests. We had lost everything.

Last summer Eiichi appeared again on my doorstep. He had prospered in the years since I'd seen him, and had built a successful trading company. "Koichi," he said to me, "I found out who was responsible for our father's death: the current head of father's old company, Shoji Okamura."

When he asked me, "Will you help me avenge mother and father?" I agreed immediately.

So I became his hatchet man. My job was to approach the Okamura family, especially the three Okamura sisters -- sexy, grown-up Yuki, short-tempered but sensitive Emi and the innocent Risa -- and gather information on the Okamuras for my brother. After six months, I had gotten to where I was eating dinner at their house regularly. This allowed me to bug Shoji's office take documents out of his trash, and copy files off his computer. I reported everything to my brother faithfully.

I was never sure if the information I was providing was doing any good, but gradually, it became apparent that Shoji Okamura's business was failing. He grew more and more desperate, and one day he disappeared completely. The happiness of the Okamura family, who had taken so much from us, had been stolen piece by piece. My brother swore he wouldn't stop until Shoji Okamura was driven to the point of taking his own life, even if it meant pushing the Three Sisters into lives of prostitution and worse.

The only problem is, I had fallen in love with those same three sisters...

One of the most popular English-translated bishoujo games to come out of the 1990's, Three Sisters Story combined a complex dramatic story with beautiful female characters and many twists and turns as the game winds through its rich story. Can you stop your insane brother and save the three sisters from his wrath?

Season of the Sakura

It's April. The cherry blossoms are in full bloom, exploding with beautiful shades of pink and red and white like they do every year. Their fleeting existence will end soon enough, but for now the Season of the Sakura has come again to Japan.

I turn to her, standing at my side, and speak. "The sakura were in bloom the day we first met. Do you remember?" She smiles at me. I know that she is happy. I look up at the sakura once more, and speak again...

"That's right. That was the beginning of it all..."

A classic bishoujo game, the smash hit Season of the Sakura is a great game on many levels. A year-long simulation in which you interact with eight beautiful girls, exploring many game paths as you try to win the hearts of each girl, Season of the Sakura is also great for fans of 90's anime because it's a parody and tribute to shows like Evangelion, Magical Knight Rayearth and St. Tail, and the game is filled with themes from these shows. One of the most deep and romantic story-based games to be translated to English, we know you'll love Season of the Sakura!

Runaway City

I have the power of Good Luck...

It's true. I win at pachinko whenever I play, and when it rains and I'm stuck without an umbrella, a girl appears out of nowhere to let me share hers. No matter what I do, my power never lets me down.

My good luck enabled me to survive when my family decided to commit suicide together ten years ago. I wish my mother had been as lucky, but she died, leaving Dad and me to carry on. There is one thing about my power: it's getting stronger. Someday it seems like it may swallow all of Japan...

Another classic love-sim game from the original JAST, Runaway City tells the story of Hiroaki, a boy with a mysterious power of Good Luck. It's almost as it some power makes women do whatever he wants. At first it's a great power to have, then as time goes by it scares him more and more. Unchecked, this power will be the destruction of all Japan. Can you find out the nature of your power and find a way to stop it before it goes too far?

Important note: all characters in this game, as in all hentai/bishoujo games we sell, are aged 18 or older.

Many of us are familiar with the city scape and beauty of Japan, brave towering buildings reaching for the sky, temples with their simple aesthetic to bring people to peaceful thoughts, and the streets filled with neon lights to attract the wandering eye. However, few of us know the Japan that isn't meant to be seen -- the underground constructions that are made to keep Japan running, without trying to appeal to any aesthetic, just simple function. But to be sure, there are amazing sights to be seen underneath the concrete, and photographer Hideaki Uchiyama brings them to us, his camera giving us sights unseen and giving the dark corners special intriguing beauty. From corridors of pipes amid lights, to old tunnels used for movement of troops during the war, ventilation shafts, subway lines both forgotten and those under construction, man-sized icicles in a huge refrigerator... all powerful images from below the ground that the general public will never see. It's hard to imagine that these are not sets from some cyberpunk sci-fi movie but real constructions with a practical purpose. This is an incredible photobook with large pages, something to stir the imaginations of anyone who picks up this 160 page full color hardcover coffee table book. For photography fans and for anyone who has ever held a curiosity of Japan. An index in the back has explanations in Japanese where the photos are taken from which are just as amazing as the photos themselves. 13" x 10".

In Japan, hanko (name stamps) are used in lieu of signing your name as the way of signifying agreement, and the culture of these stamps has always been fascinating to gaijin unfamiliar with Japanese ways. Now you can get any kanji name you want on your very own Japanese name stamp. This is a quality stamp made of wood with any custom name or message you want on it, which will be a great connection to you and Japan. This name stamp is also legally able to be used in Japan (just register it with your local city office).

You can choose between 1-6 kanji, hiragana or katakana characters, and the Japanese staff of J-List will be happy to help you choose the best character for what you want to express. This type of stamp is usually used for names, and there are multiple approaches foreigners can take when choosing a name. Here are three examples:

This is an example of a name in katakana, the Japanese writing system used for foreign words and names. It says "Payne." Kanji can be chosen based on their pronunciation, too. In this case we're using the "peh" sound from Peking ("North Capital") and the "in" sound from the Buddhist temple Byodoin near Kyoto. There are ways of choosing kanji based on meaning, called ateji or forcing a reading on a character. For example, "Payne" comes from the French pan (bread), the name could be written with a character (archaic in this case) for bread.

This stamp can also be used to express your favorite character or concept, from love (ai) to sincerity (makoto) to a wacky message you'd like to create, as long as it can fit within the character limit for this stamp. After adding this item to your shopping cart you can type comments to the J-List staff and we'll verify the characters you want before finalizing the order. We also humbly request to include a pronunciation guide for all unique spelling of names.

Since the stamps are custom made by a company here in Japan, please allow 2-4 weeks for your name stamp to be made, prior to the shipping date.
