Feeling under the weather one day, Kaoru made a trip to the school doctor, who's famous for inventing new concoctions in the name of science, and accidentally drinks a vial marked "experimental medicine." Bad move, Kaoru-kun -- the next day, Kaoru is shocked to wake up to find that he's been transformed into a girl! While he desperately tries to find a way to return to normal, he's forced to spend his days in his new female body, which of course leads to many bizarre adventures.

Kaoru is surprised at the changes in his environment now that he's a girl. Everywhere he goes, he's the center of attention, and it seems that everyone is taking an interest in him now, actually thinking him "pretty," although he can't believe it's true. What's more, his new female body is fully functional, allowing him to get some great exploring in. What strange adventures are in store for Kaoru in his new body?


Kaoru Sakurazuka. A normal Japanese youth who never had much to do with girls, he's sure he'll die a virgin. He has a complex about his effeminate features, and anyone who uses the word "girly" at him is in for some punishment. Age 19.	Kaoru Sakurazaka. Kaoru's female persona. She's having trouble getting used to her new form. Perhaps due to Kaoru's attempts at becoming "manly," his female body is all the more cute and feminine. He loses the ability to beat anyone in a fight as a girl. Age 19.

Mizuki Asakura. Kaoru's classmate, she's secretly in love with him, but is unable to confess her feelings. A shy girl, she's terribly worried when Kaoru turns into a girl and does her best to help him adjust to his new situation. Age 19.	Sakuya Kamishiro. Kaoru's classmate, and a friend of Mizuki. An odd girl who's a little standoffish, when she's not working as a Shrine Maiden at her family's Shinto Shrine, she practices her swordfighting technique. Age 19.


Miu Kotosaka. Kaoru's stepsister, the daughter of the man his mother married after his father died. She's pined for an older brother for years, and was sad when Kaoru moved out. She's secretly in love with him. Age 18.	Kyoka Saionji. Daughter of a wealthy family, Kyoka was raised with nothing but the best a girl can have. Beloved by the other students, she can't keep her hands off anyone she considers to be "kawaii" (cute). Age 19.

Touya Sakaki. A close friend of Kaoru's, he enjoys the freedom sharing an apartment with two friends affords. Band practice doesn't leave him much time for girls, despite the love letters he gets in his shoe box at school. Age 19.	Renji Saotome. Kaoru's other close friend. He's not especially handsome, but he's got a confident personality, and doesn't have a problem finding girls to date. He likes all girls, as long as they're cute. Age 19.


Rui Nanaumi. The current generation of a family that has served the Saionji family as chamberlains for generations, Rui is always at Kyoka's side, guarding her from harm. He has secret feelings for Kyoka. Age 19.	Yui Nanaumi. Twin sister to Rui, who acts as a bodyguard and assistant to "Kyoka-sama." Her personality is quite odd, and she likes finding girls to turn into her playthings. Age 19.
